Taxonomies of Absence are relief works that map ecological presence through absence. Using 3D printing waste and restrained monochrome surfaces, each piece frames a species within a dark central field where scientific language is partially eroded and difficult to read.
Fragments accumulate across the surface, building density and pressure — suggesting systems under strain rather than stable classification. The works sit between documentation and disappearance, questioning what it means to catalogue life in the Anthropocene.
